I am Elfry Marte. I am currently in the 11th grade and go to Frederick Douglass Academy II. My main interest in school is math and science. I have just started the Youth Historians program on Mondays and Saturdays. I am a fan of every sport, and I also like to play them. I love challenges, especially challenges that people will say I can't complete.

 

Why History

I want to be someone who will know everything about war. Questions like, "why is war still happening until this day?" "Why do people or countries go to war?" These are questions that a lot of people can't answer. I want to be able to answer those questions most people don't have the answer to. To my knowledge, war can bring people together but for the most part war creates violence.
